SIZES:
Letter size is 8.5 x 11 inches and is the standard size for the USA, Canada and Mexico.
A4 size is 210 x 297 mm and is the standard size for the rest of the world, outside of the USA, Canada and Mexico.
A4 SIZE: 8.3 x 11.7 inches / 210 x 297 mm.
A5 SIZE: 5.8 x 8.3 inches / 148 x 210 mm.
LETTER SIZE: 8.5 x 11 inches / 216 x 279 mm.
HALF LETTER SIZE: 5.5 x 8.5 inches / 140 x 216 mm.
PERSONAL SIZE: 3.75 x 6.75 inches / 95 x 171mm.
THE RIGHT PLANNER SIZE IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE USA, CANADA & MEXICO:
For the gorgeous people in the US, Canada, and Mexico, your standard paper size is Letter size. Therefore, the right planner sizes for you are the Letter size and Half Letter size.
Because Personal size is a unique size, you can easily print it on Letter paper.
THE RIGHT PLANNER SIZE IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE REST OF THE WORLD:
For the beautiful people in the rest of the world, i.e. Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand etc, your standard paper size is A4. Therefore, the right planner sizes for you are the A4 size and A5 size.
Because Personal size is a unique size, you can easily print it on your A4 paper.
So wherever you gorgeous or beautiful folks are located in the world we have a printable planner size for you!
You will receive a PDF file – so it will be super easy to print on your home computer or for a printer shop to print for you.
The file is set-up so all you have to do is select “actual” in your print set-up and print!
If you give it to printer shop, it has also been set-up for them to print easily. They will not need to do any additional formatting!
Our planners can be printed on standard regular printer paper. Actually, any paper you choose and your printer can handle is perfect! The most cost-effective paper (i.e. cheapest!) is Letter size for those in the USA, Canada & Mexico and A4 size for those in the rest of the world.

Downloading
Your printable planner will be emailed to you a few minutes after your payment is processed. You simply open the file and print to “Actual Page”. Please be sure to check your email address 🙂

Returning Purchased Products
Printable Planners:
If there are any mistakes on our side or the printable planner is not what we advertised, then, of course, we will refund your money. However, given the nature of the product, once downloaded you can not return it if you change your mind. But do contact us and we will work with you!
Whiteboards and Calendars:
We love our Australian made and designed Whiteboards and Calendars and want our customers to love them as much as we do!
- Faulty: We have a very strict quality control over our products, however, if our product is faulty, please email us asap. We will happily pay for the cost of mailing back to us and on receipt will provide you with an exchange or refund.
- Cancellations: There is no issue if you want to cancel your order (we are human after all!), however, we aim to mail all orders within a few business hours of your purchase. So if you need to cancel, please email us asap so we can stop the order being mailed. You will be happy to know that you will not be charged a cancellation fee from us! If we have already mailed it, the product will need to be returned to the address below (return mailing costs paid by buyer) in its original condition, and a refund will be given when received.
- Incorrect Address: We are very sorry but no refunds can be provided if you have advised an incorrect address and the product has been mailed. If the product has not been mailed, please email us asap. In some instances, change of address may not able to change unless your merchant’s address is updated.
- Change of mind: No issues if you change your mind but buyers are responsible for return mailing costs and returning the product in its original condition.
